Browser-native AR retail: storefront, offline kiosk, operator admin.
Browser-native AR try-on chosen over a native SDK to remove the app-download conversion killer. Retail kiosks carry an AES-256-GCM encrypted IndexedDB order queue and service-worker background sync — checkouts complete through the WiFi failures every retail floor sees several times a shift. Payments run Stripe with multi-provider fallback so a single processor outage cannot stall a register. The integrated catalog spans 135k+ frames from 610+ brands; the operator admin spans 26 tabs across two role tiers and is built to run a multi-location chain from one surface.

Role-based operating system for a live medical practice — agent, team lead, manager, and admin workflows running across callbacks, referrals, schedules, training, escalations, and internal tasks. 50+ Postgres tables behind row-level security; MFA, audit-oriented controls, deployment runbooks, and AI assistance with explicit medical-advice guardrails. Built by reading the org chart first, the schema second.
